We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual looking to build their career within the Auctions space. As the Auction Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and organisation of all auctions. This includes assisting the team to set up the auction space for both in-room and onsite auctions. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about the types of auctions being held and be able to provide efficient customer service. Our ideal candidate will have the availability to be flexible within this role and will be available to work Monday Saturday, with an RDO during the week. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and verify auction bookings through email, phone, and booking systems, update REX with changes, ensure all documents are complete, and handle CT orders and discrepancies.
Manage invoice approvals, ensure payment accuracy and financial record integrity, and coordinate with finance
