As the Total Rewards Specialist you secure the delivery of core compensation global and local processes, in a locally compliant way which aligns with the global rewards strategies and principles. This role will involve close collaboration with all HR roles within the business that support the employees in scope.

Implementing, communicating, and monitoring compensation programs and total rewards projects in alignment with Global Total Rewards framework
Deliver global and local compensation projects for all employees in scope.
Support the implementation of global rewards processes such as Annual Salary Review, Salary Increase Budget planning and Salary Structures review and update.
Communicating and securing local compliance with Total Rewards framework documents and guidelines
Recommending updates to rewards policies, procedures, and forms related to Compensation.
