Duties & Responsibilities:
Create engaging environments for children to explore and document their learning and development at a high standard.
Building and maintaining relationships with children, families, and educators.
Provide support to team members & utilise effective leadership skills.
Develop learning programs based on your knowledge of each child, their ideas and developmental goals using the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
Implement all guidelines under the NQF and guide less experienced Educators and students.
Ensure a safe & caring community.
The successful candidate will:
Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood as approved by ACECQA.
Hold a valid Blue Card
Hold a current First Aid Qualifications including CRP, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training.
Have previous experience in implementing & delivering Kindergarten program.
Demonstrated ability to document children's learning
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
