About the Role
Reporting to the Director People & Culture, the Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and enhancing our learning and development initiatives. Your role will focus on ensuring mandatory training and licensing compliance, creating impactful induction and onboarding programs, and identifying training solutions to elevate non-clinical competence and capability of our staff. This a varied role which will have you utilising your L&D Toolkit as you will be be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning content, including e-learning, facilitation guides and resources in line with competency standards and hospital specific requirements. You will be the subject matter expert and provide in-person facilitation to a range of audiences across both hospital sites. Use your strong communication skills to influence and build ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assist with identifying training needs and improvements.
