About the role
The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) is seeking an Area Manager with exceptional leadership capabilities to lead and oversee our Laverton North and Dandenong branches, both of which are experiencing significant growth in operations and production capacity for reinforcing bar processing.
In this multi-site leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operations while managing the sales channel in the commercial bar segment. As a proven leader in operations & sales management, you will have the ability to optimize processes for maximum efficiency and drive exceptional sales performance.
