Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in providing strategic financial leadership and ensuring the organisation's financial stability and growth. This is a hands-on role where you will lead the transition of financial operations and build a high-performing finance team. Key responsibilities of this role are:
Collaborating with the Owner CEO and Executive Team to develop structures that foster effective executive relationships, promote a positive workplace culture, and achieve strategic goals.
Establish and maintain a direct relationship with the Board, providing strategic financial advice and analysis, focusing on both the operational and long-term financial health of the organisation.
Ensure that all internal and external accountabilities relating to the organisation's finances are met, timely and of a high standard. Ensuring compliance with all statutory and corporate governance procedures.
