Continued growth and a recent promotion have led to the position being recruited. The main purpose of the role will be to assist the Finance Manager with ensuring all invoices are processed correctly and within agreed timeframes. Processing invoices
Matching PO's to invoices
Contacting relevant person if PO's don't match.
Chasing up for PO raising & approvals.
Weekly Supplier Payment runs
Foreign Currency payments.
Credit Card payments.
Ensuring Payments are made according to terms.
Checking Supplier statements reconcile
