Job description
The role of UX/UI Designer is responsible for UX/UI design of prototypes to support usability testing based on customer journey mapping and related service blueprints. The role will champion Human Centred Design as a discipline. The role will interface between the business and the Information Services Branch in the design of the customer portal that will be accessed via the new corporate website.
The role will
Review related Customer Journeys and the related services
Assist in defining a Jobs to Be Done methodology
Define the context model for the Customer Engagement Platform and internal service model
Define lower-level journey maps relating to digital services
Build the interactions models based on the Design System
Support user testing
Design screens in Figma using Design System in low, medium and high fidelity.
