About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Organisational Development Professional to join a large inner metro council, with a key focus on Diversity and Inclusion. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the commitment to gender equality and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Working closely with Council's Diversity and Inclusion Governance Group (DIGG) and accountable leads, you will ensure the successful delivery of strategies outlined in Council's Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP).
You will also oversee the completion of reporting as required under the Gender Equality Act, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Diversity & Inclusion Alignment: Support accountable leads in delivering strategies aligned with the Council?s Gender Equality Action Plan.
Reporting: Prepare and publish the progress report and manage online reporting mechanisms to track ongoing progress.
Training: Develop a comprehensive training plan and recommend a calendar
