It offers a comprehensive range of services encompassing daily tasks, shared living, travel assistance, household chores, innovative community programs, specialized disability services, high-level personal activity assistance, life skills development, community engagement, therapeutic support, and group center activities.
Looking for:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. The Office Manager will play a key role in supporting various departments and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
• Oversee the cleanliness, order, and maintenance of the office space.
• Coordinate with vendors for office repairs and maintenance.
• Manage office security and access control.
• Act as the point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and facilitate their integration into the office environment.
• Coordinate and plan office-wide events and celebrations.
• Assist in budget management related to office expenses.
• Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
• Facilitate communication between departments and ensure information flow within the office.
• Collaborate with HR on employee engagement initiatives and office policies.
Skills and Attributes: -
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma or Advance Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience of 2 years as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Type & Salary: -
• This is a full-time permanent job.
• The base salary will be AUD 70,000- AUD 75,000.
Working Hours: -
The standard working hours for this position are 40 hours per week.
