Our client is now seeking a skilled and highly qualified Electronics Engineer with at least three years or more of relevant professional experience. A top salary, negotiable in the range $70k to $85k plus superannuation per annum is on offer and the role is full time and ongoing.

Role and responsibilities include:
• Design and develop electronic circuits, PCBs, and embedded systems for automotive applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware and software and conduct simulations, prototyping, and testing of electronic components to validate design concepts.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of automotive electronic products, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and scalability.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including schematics, bill of materials (BOM), and assembly instructions, to support manufacturing.
• Design and implement test procedures for electronic components and systems to verify the performance, durability, and safety of electronic products under various environmental conditions.
• Work closely with project managers, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met and provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams during the production process.
• Continuously improve existing designs and processes to enhance product performance, reduce costs, and increase manufacturing efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive electronics, manufacturing techniques, and testing methodologies.
To be considered for this role, you will have the following attributes:
• A bachelor’s degree in a highly relevant area if study.
• At least 3 years, preferably more, of professional experience gained in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical IT knowledge of system architecture and functionality.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, within a team and independently.
• Unrestricted rights to work full time in Australia.
