Hawkesbury River Marina Pty Ltd, located on the serene waters of the Hawkesbury River in Brooklyn, NSW, is seeking a seasoned Accommodation and Hospitality Manager. The marina, known for its stunning natural surroundings and excellent facilities, is a hub for boating, accommodation, and leisure activities, offering services such as boat hire, mooring, and waterfront dining. As the Accommodation and Hospitality Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the marina, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing both the on-land and on-water activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Engagement: Meet and greet mooring and accommodation customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Business Liaison: Collaborate with businesses operating within the marina, fostering strong relationships to enhance the customer experience.
Staff Management: Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of marina staff, ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
Administrative Management: Handle day-to-day administration of the marina, including managing bookings, processing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
On-Water Activities Management: Coordinate and oversee all on-water activities at the marina, including boat hire and water sports, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
A Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a marina or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage both administrative tasks and team performance.
