POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts, enhancing brand awareness, and contributing to our business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the education and migration sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and enhance existing services, providing valuable insights to guide strategic decisions.
Consumer Behavior Analysis: Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to develop targeted marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Trend Forecasting: Forecast and interpret emerging trends within the education and migration sectors, ensuring our marketing efforts remain proactive and competitive.
Advertising Campaigns: Design and implement impactful advertising campaigns that align with sales objectives, effectively promoting Global Select Education and Migration’s services.
Strategic Marketing Advice: Advise leadership and clients on strategic marketing approaches to reach target demographics, build brand awareness, and showcase our offerings.
Content Production: Oversee the production of diverse advertising materials, including digital content, copywriting, media scripts, and placements, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Marketing Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate a monthly marketing calendar to ensure the smooth and strategic execution of all marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing: Implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns, to strengthen our online presence and increase engagement.
Business Growth Support: Lead the execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs that align with our company’s goals, supporting overall business growth.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with overall business objectives.
Sales Support: Provide the sales team with the insights and tools needed to align marketing strategies with sales targets, optimizing lead generation and conversion rates.
REQUIREMENTS:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education or migration sectors.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Creative thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
