The Retail Manager at Pearl Energy No2 (Mobil Warwick) will oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring a high standard of customer service, staff management, and inventory control. The role requires a dynamic and experienced individual who can drive sales, manage budgets, and maintain the overall efficiency and profitability of the store. The Retail Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring adherence to company policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitor and manage store budgets, including sales targets, expenses, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and store security.
Sales and Customer Service:
Drive sales initiatives to achieve store targets and enhance profitability.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Analyse sales reports and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and manage store staff, ensuring a high level of team performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
Create staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak times.
Inventory and Merchandising:
Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and reduce stock discrepancies.
Oversee merchandise displays and store layout to optimize sales.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock orders to ensure timely delivery and adequate inventory levels.
Financial Management:
Monitor and manage store budgets, including cost control, expense management, and financial reporting.
Implement strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability.
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, sales, and staff productivity to senior management.
Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and senior management.

REQUIREMENTS:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
Proven experience in managing store operations, staff, and financial performance.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and achieve sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
