You will need to demonstrate:
Minimum 12 months RN experience with current AHPRA registration (with no conditions)
Sound clinical knowledge and experience with aged care and dementia
Excellent leadership, communication and a genuine passion for quality care
Experience in assessment and care planning is essential and AN-ACC
