About the role
Australian Utilities Management is currently seeking experienced, full-time Diesel Mechanic to join our team. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant Trade Qualifications of a Diesel Mechanic, and have at least 3 years of relevant experience, be reliable, hard working, safety driven and a good fit for the team.

Perform preventative maintenance, repairs & diagnostics
Major & Minor Servicing
Maintenance of earthmoving machinery, attachments and trucks
Onsite and workshop repairs
Maintain Accurate and complete service records
Understanding and commitment to workplace safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications & experience
Relevant Trade Qualification of a Diesel Mechanic
Proven experience working on diesel powered construction equipment
Proven experience working on diesel trucks and trailers serviced and maintained to NHVR standards
Strong mechanical, hydraulic and diagnosis skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
HR License is a requirement
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and teamwork skills
Strong computer literacy
Forklift license desirable
Must hold at least 3-4 years of relevant experience

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Night shift
Overtime
Weekend availability
