A knowledgeable and experienced Rostering Coordinator is required to assist the team with end-to-end administration support. This is a full-time temporary position for an immediate start, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Your new role
Your new position will be situated in a small team where you will be responsible for:
Rostering and coordination of workers to site ensuring that the operational needs are met
Managing travel bookings as per the roster and handling planned and unplanned absences
Collation and communication of rosters for respective crews
Communicating with stakeholders in regard to bookings, enquiries, issue resolutions and management of complaints
Liaising with internal teams to ensure proactive customer service experiences for all
