As the MTB Lead Mechanic, you will be working with the MTB Head Mechanic to provide exceptional customer service to all guests and ensuring that the MTB Workshop is operating at optimal levels. You will be required to familiarise yourself with Thredbos wide variety of mountain biking & summer activities products so you can provide the customer with accurate recommendations.
