As the Mountain Bike Department workshop mechanic assistant you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service by always greeting customers in a positive and friendly manner. You will be required to familiarise yourself with Thredbos wide variety of mountain biking & summer activities products so you can provide the customer with accurate recommendations.
