DIRECTORATE: Business & Lifestyle CLASSIFICATION: Grade 12 SALARY: $81,970 to $90,167 per annum 11.5% employer contribution to superannuation REPORTING TO: Team Leader Visitor Economy & Experience EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent Full Time THE POSITION: This position is responsible for the coordination and delivery of all aspects of Visitor Servicing and the Visitor Information Centre (VIC) including visitor enquiries, information collection and dissemination, facility presentation, supporting the Tourism Partner Program, while liaising with tourism operators and representatives. In addition, the position provides support to the Team Leader Visitor Economy & Experience. The VIC operates 362 days per year and is the first point of contact for visitor enquiries and a focal point for tourism business promotion.
