The role of the Exercise Physiology Lead is to set the standard and raise the bar for our Exercise Physiology team through customer service, expert knowledge and private practice performance. Bringing the lens of excellence to everything we do across Hiya Health Group. This role combines professional leadership with hands-on clinical expertise to enhance the quality of care, develop innovative EP products, promote industry leadership, and ensure that the team delivers high standards of service. The EP Profession Lead will mentor, coach, and develop the EP team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration across disciplines. This role will work collaboratively to ensure productivity and optimal service delivery across all clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality Exercise Physiology services, maintaining a strong clinical caseload in alignment with Hiya Health’s standards.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills to manage complex cases, providing expert consultation as needed.
- Promoting Hiya Health as an industry leader
- Lead the EP team in delivering evidence-based, high-quality clinical services that meet and exceed patient care standards.
- Mentor and coach early-career clinicians, helping them build successful caseloads and advance their professional skills.
- Support the Clinical Education Lead. Deliver the Exercise Physiology new graduate program, ensuring new clinicians are well-prepared to meet clinical service and professional expectations.
- Conduct capability gap assessments and design targeted training programs to address these gaps, thereby enhancing the overall competence of the clinical team.
- Develop and implement ROI-focused training initiatives that contribute to the organization's performance and growth.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements, incorporating relevant developments into the Clinical Education Program.
