The day to day includes but won’t be limited to:
- Provide proactive, strategic support to the Managing Director, anticipating needs and opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a central liaison between the Managing Director and all teams, ensuring seamless communication and strong relationships across the business.
- Manage the calendar with foresight, balancing demands and strategically planning ahead to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare documents and presentations with attention to detail and a focus on professionalism.
- Coordinate events and meetings, handling logistics with precision and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Oversee budget-related tasks with strong organisational skills, ensuring efficient management.
- Administer invoices and expenses promptly, meeting all deadlines.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries, ensuring thorough planning.
- Stay across all ongoing activities within the business, acting as the go-to person for information and ensuring the Managing Director is always informed.
- Promote effective collaboration between cross-functional teams and offices, ensuring alignment and communication.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities.
- Proactively maintain a log of commitments, ensuring timely follow-ups and strategic oversight of all key matters.
