The typical job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Plan and deliver individualised tutoring programs tailored to staff needs.
- Coordinate and lead staff induction and mentorship programs.

- Utilise educational technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of all training and development activities.
- Assess staff progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support staff in achieving their professional goals.
- Revise and update training materials regularly.
- Facilitate one-on-one tutoring sessions to improve performance.
- Travel to various locations for conducting training sessions.
- Prepare and present instructional materials for staff training.
- Assist in the planning and execution of professional development programs.
- Monitor staff performance and offer ongoing support and encouragement.
- Implement new training programs to address evolving staff needs.
- Collaborate with management to identify training requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards in training delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role:
- Fluency in English and Turkish, with additional language skills being advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in training and professional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Teaching; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in educational technologies and software systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor staff effectively.
- Experience in co-ordinating and delivering professional development programs.
- Australian residency and full working rights are essential.
