Earlypay provides innovative cash flow solutions, including invoice financing, Equipment finance, low doc invoice finance and asset-based lending, designed to help businesses manage their cash flow and grow. Business is based in North Sydney and needs an experienced Client Insights Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time role for right applicant.
About Role:
The primary goal of the “Client Insights Analyst” role is to analyse and investigate current and potential business issues to develop well-defined plans for solutions. By leveraging these insights, analysts can identify growth opportunities, enhance business revenue, minimize risks, and ensure success in the modern marketplace.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor or higher qualification in relevant field.
• 1-2 years of on job experience with or after qualification.
• Full-time working rights in Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
• Gather information and data required for reconciliations and review of all clients of Earlypay’s Invoice and Trade Finance Portfolio. This includes timely collections and completion of monthly reconciliations in accordance with the schedule – i.e., Client reporting is completed within set timeframes.
• Completing facility variations i.e., any changes in the facilities
• Early identification of warning signs/adverse information, data, or trends to reduce bad debt.
• Policies and procedures informed through insights derived from good quality analysis.
• Analyse client compliance information such as - Aged Creditors, ATO Statements, Bank Statements, Cashflow Forecast, Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheet etc.
• Develop strategies and recommendations to assist Client Relationship Managers in the management of their respective clients.
• Achieve high client satisfaction by managing the data extraction process effectively i.e., educating, and guiding clients in relation to providing data in the correct format.
• Ensure Client Relationship Managers and Risk Manager receives excellent client service and recommendation/opinions to assist in managing their portfolios.
• Management & monitoring of field audits & compliance matters.
• Completing/preparation & Approval of Debtor Risk Assessments and New Business Credit as required.
• Any other tasks as requested by Earlypay.
Skills Required:
• Understanding of Invoice & Trade Finance and the risks and processes associated with the industry.
• Proven analytical experience across credit risk coupled with the ability to draft and explain analytics.
• Ability to analyse processes in a finance environment, assess potential risks and provide solutions.
• Ability to communicate clearly to staff, clients, and debtors.
• Knowledge related to Training and Mentoring staff in a finance environment.
• Problem solving skills and the ability to identify unique solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to work in collaboration with various parties.
• Ability to build and manage productive relationships and develop and maintain credibility with all internal and external stake holders.
• Ability to ensure compliance with all legislative and risk requirements.
• Possess high ethical standards.
Salary - $77,000 plus super
