We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our senior leadership team in TAS, reporting to the Operations Manager Railton. You will partner with leaders at Railton and Cornwall Coal to achieve continuous improvement in safe and sustainable operations.
In this diverse role, youll be influencing the safety culture of sites that operate open cut limestone and underground/open cut coal mining, clinkering and cement processing and have rail and ship terminals. Youll get involved in the hands on, day to day support as well as provide higher level strategic leadership and direction to line leaders and the general workforce. This role is not for someone who is happy to just go through the motions and work with what we already have
