In this role, you will ensure that safety across multiple construction sites aligns with government compliance standards. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in construction site safety, possess strong leadership abilities, and excel in interpersonal communication. Job Responsibilities include:
Provide practical support in implementing and overseeing Safety Management Systems across diverse work areas, including construction sites and major projects.
Advise managers and site supervisors on compliance with safety regulations.
Carry out safety audits and investigations, contributing to performance monitoring and reporting.
Proactively monitor workplaces for hazards, apply control measures, and keep abreast of WHS legislation and industry trends.
Work closely with operational teams to identify and address safety requirements, ensuring effective results.
