This Brisbane based Federal Government department are seeking a number of Internal Review officers to join their team for a 12 month assignment, with view to extension.
As an Internal Review Case Officer you will deal with participants who seek review of their plan and undertake the review of their plan. You will analyse complex information, exercise judgement and develop a clear explanation of your decisions.
Responsibilities include:
Exercise judgement to undertake complex reviews and reach considered outcomes
Analyse complex information, weigh conflicting information and reach conclusions. This includes the collection and assessment of evidence about whether a support is reasonable and necessary under relevant legislation
Ensure that the internal review of decisions is completed within the quality and timeliness standards
Assist your team in a positive and flexible manner including to adapt and achieve results
