Key Responsibilities:
Home Delivery Processes: Manage and communicate with customers about their freight status, ensuring timely delivery or collection updates.
Fleet Efficiency: Collaborate with the Fleet team to optimize efficiency, including arranging book-in freight and managing Incomplete deliveries through our TMS.
