Patterson Cheney Isuzu Trucks, achieving 2023 Dealer of Excellence About the role: Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between the customers and the workshop
Scheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issues
Inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping the customer current at every stage and answering any questions or queries they may have.
Preparing invoices and closing allocated repairs
Provide the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
Be a team player, liaising with technicians/workshop control
