We are seeking a Team Assistant to support the Sales, Customer Service, and Senior Management teams in our client's head office at Belrose. This full-time office role offers a positive workplace culture with flexible start and finish times. You will bring experience in various ERP systems, excellent organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven ability to multitask.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage diaries, inboxes, and calendars for managers and team members in office


Provide Sales support to team as required


Handle client company lodgments and related administrative tasks


Manage and distribute correspondence, including outgoing mail


Process, scan, and file company statements and related documents.


Draft correspondence and offer secretarial
