About the Role
Under the guidance of the Manager, Team Leader and Consultant Psychiatrist, and in conjunction with Wellways staff and St Vincent?s treating teams, you will provide a high standard of clinical support, and recovery planning for consumers referred for a PARC admission.
In addition, you will have a role to play in the development and maintenance of effective relationships with a range of other service providers, both internal and external to St Vincent?s Hospital is central to the role. There is also a leadership and operational role to play.
Manage referrals
Provide leadership and support to junior staff and provide 1:1 clinical support for consumers
Support people to sustain existing resources, assets, networks and relationships and access new opportunities, resources and services
