• Prepare high-quality meals in line with our restaurant standards.
• Create and adjust dishes for special events and functions, accommodating various dietary needs.
• Ensure the kitchen operates in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner.
• Assist with ordering food and supplies, managing inventory effectively.
• Properly handle and store food supplies and leftovers.
• Contribute to menu development with innovative suggestions.
• Oversee and verify the delivery of food and supplies.
Qualifications:
• Excellent time management skills, knowledge of Italian cuisine and able to work within a team
• Required at least 2 years of working experience or suitable qualification.
Location: Floreat, WA 6014
Salary: $63,000 - $80,000 per year
Hours: Full-time, at least 38 hours per week
