Ranidash Pty Ltd (The Coffee Club) is looking for Cook/Chef to join our busy kitchen. We operate 7 days a week cooking for our cafe and bar.
The successful applicant will have a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
Sponsorship is available for the right person, but you must already be in Australia to apply.
Also, up to 5 years Cafe/Restaurant experience will be required for the applicant.
Job Duties:
Prepare and cook to as directed, meeting dietary requirements as directed.
Follow recipes & presentation specifications.
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Oversee and manage kitchen operations.
Keeping the Kitchen clean and organised in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperatures.
Portion control.
Placing orders with Suppliers.
Follow instructions as provided by the Head Chef.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00 – $74,000.00 per year
