Position Overview:
Our client is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of men's hairstyling, including cutting, styling, and grooming. As a key member of our salon, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver outstanding results.
Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma in Hair Dressing
• At least 2 years of experience as a Hairdresser
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
•Consult with clients to determine their hair needs, offering professional advice on styles and products.
•Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
•Stay updated on the latest trends in men’s hairstyling and grooming to offer clients modern and fashionable looks.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business through excellent service and client satisfaction.
•Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and dynamic salon environment.
Skills and Personal Attributes:
•Proven experience as a Hairdresser, specializing in men's hairstyling and grooming.
•Strong knowledge of modern hairstyling techniques, trends, and products.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
•Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy salon environment while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
