RSL LifeCare William Beech Garden, Condobolin is currently hiring for a Quality/ AN-ACC Coordinator to support our elderly residents at this 50 bed aged care home. You will be a part of the homes leadership team, overseeing daily operations and care quality alongside the homes Care Manager and Facility Manager.
This role will include producing daily updates to the homes leadership and care team on the quality of our care services and incident management, performing audits and surveys, Quality Indicators reporting, ANACC compliance monitoring and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
