Warehouse Manager

Key Tasks:


-- Supervise staff to ensure the safe and correct completion of warehouse processes


-- Resource planning and rostering to meet quality and cost targets


-- Prepare reporting on inventory and supplies levels of stock and create orders according to demand requirements


-- Deliver training to staff, or supervision of training delivered by direct reports to staff, and ensure all training is documented according to business standards


-- Manage performance of staff and develop performance improvement plans for staff, along with development plans for staff


-- Manage the performance of suppliers for terminal handling associated processes


-- Manage compliance to procedures and company, safety, security and regulatory requirements'

-- Warehouse process quality, system accuracy and customer response
