Due to an internal promotion we are looking for our next Cabin Crew Standards Manager.
Reporting to the Manager of Flight Standards, the Cabin Crew Standards Manager is responsible for the formulation, implementation, compliance, and review of the Alliance Airlines Training and Checking policy, procedures and in-flight services for Cabin Crew across all aircraft types as well as Flight Crew emergency procedures training.
This role is to ensure effective training of Cabin Crew and ensure the ongoing standards for crew.

Responsible for the delivery of checking and training standards for all Cabin Crew of Alliance Airlines
