The position is responsible for assisting the kitchen team in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy at all times and to ensure that all F&B outlets are provided with clean and sanitised operating equipment.

You will:
- Action cleaning duties within the kitchen, food preparation areas and scullery.
- Maintain cleanliness of pantry, fridges and freezers.
- Assist in the preparation of food as directed by our senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and rotation of stock in pantry, fridge and freezers.
- Assist with the receiving and storing of stock.
- Ensure all kitchens are kept clean and tidy.
