The opportunity:
Based in Coolaroo, Victoria, the Site Manager will be responsible for OHS&E of employees and visitors and demonstrating appropriate safety leadership behaviors.
The Role:
Reporting to the State Operations Manager, your key outcomes will be to;
Management of employee relations as they arise to achieve satisfactory outcome for all involved.
Achieving operational EBITDA in line with KPIs and budget.
