Your new company This well established and growing business provides services to the mining and construction industries. Having recently expanded their operations nationally, they are seeking additional support in the finance team.
Your new role Supporting the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for entering all invoices, managing the AP inbox and following up on any outstanding items. At this stage, you will be required for approximately 6 months with a longer term opportunity as a possibility.
Duties will include the following:
Setting up Suppliers and accurately entering invoices
Matching invoices to purchase orders
Liaising with Project Managers and site staff to obtain authorisation of payments
Preparing and reconciling supplier statements
