About the role: The Design Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the design process, from initial concept development through to construction and handover.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget
This role will be site based
Coordinate the work of all design team members, including architects, engineers, and other consultants.
Communicate regularly with the project team and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is kept informed of progress and any changes are addressed
Oversee the quality of all design work and ensure that it meets all relevant standards and regulations
Manage and Review Shop Drawings as well as RFI's
Your background:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as construction management, architecture, design, engineering
Minimum of 3 years experience
