About the role
A unique opportunity to work a predominately 9:00am to 5:30pm Sunday to Thursday schedule as a Chef Manager. This role reports directly to Operations Managers and ensures the smooth running of the kitchen on a day-to-day basis.
Duties
Preparation and cooking of meals as per the set menu
Ensure meals are of high quality with excellent presentation
Communicating with Site Manager and Facility staff
Provide supervision and direction
