Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives for business services 'Mini Head office'.
Develop and manage systems, procedures, and budgets to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Foster a positive workplace culture and collaborate across teams to drive improvements and achieve goals.
Requirements:
Degree in Business or Management, or extensive industry experience.
Proven leadership, financial management, and customer service expertise.
Familiarity with Council systems and high-level reporting.
