We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our office team full-time at the Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour. You will be responsible for supporting the Sales team and bringing your expertise, enthusiasm, and dedication to delivering unparalleled customer experiences.
What you will be doing:
Work to grow and maximise sales, leads and opportunities.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
Daily processing of proformas/orders and managing sales enquiries either over the phone or via chat and email.
Proactive and professional collaboration with all customers, teams, and departments.
Facilitate online sales and design consultations to provide a consistent ABI experience while managing the booking calendar.
Servicing any special requests to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Proactive and professional collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders
