Retail supervisor (Full Time)
Salary $60,000 to $70,000 including superannuation.
Job Description:
? You will be responsible for ensuring that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
? ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services.
? addressing customer complaints, answering questions, and providing assistance as needed planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties
? You will be responsible for supervising a team of employees, providing direction, guidance, and support as needed instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures.
? examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action
? you will be responsible for managing inventory levels and that orders are placed in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for reconciling any discrepancies.
? ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced.
? ensuring that all staff members are up to date on company policies and procedures.
? managing the distribution of juice products to retail stores. This may involve coordinating with logistics teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and in the correct quantities.
? you will be responsible for ensuring that the juice products meet high-quality standards and that all regulatory requirements are met.
Skills and Experience:
? Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, with experience in the food industry a plus.
? Ability to work well in a team environment, communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, and handle multiple tasks at once.
? Ability to coach and develop others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team.
? Previous Supervisor/ Team Leader/ Management experience
? Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Management
