As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. You will lead a team of staff, ensuring that our store meets its financial objectives while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve store profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage store budgets, including controlling costs and maximizing profits.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
• At least 2-year proven experience in retail management, preferably in the grocery or FMCG sector.
• An acceptable qualification in retail, merchandising, marketing or business or an additional 1-year relevant experience in lieu of a qualification.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
Benefits:
• A salary between $80,000 - $95,000 per annum commensurate with experience plus superannuation
