Immediate start available within a well-known retail business seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer who will be responsible for the invoicing process and ensuring timely collections. You must have strong communication skills and a willingness to actively engage with clients over the phone to resolve payment issues and foster positive relationships.
Your day-to-day:
Ownership and follow-up of aged debtors
Allocation of cash payments to invoices promptly
Reconciliation of Debtors General Ledger Accounts
Invoicing of supplier audit and product-cutting charges
Invoicing of delivery and aggregator-related items
Assist with set up of new customers and customer maintenance within the ERP system
Who you are:
Previous experience with accounts receivable Intermediate level with Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
