The Role
Source off-market residential land and built-form sites
Source and assess property acquisition opportunities in line with Acquisitions Brief.
Targeting and negotiation of acquisition opportunities direct with land owners.
Deal structuring and assist with the preparation of joint venture and tender submissions
Carry out financial modelling for new acquisitions
Provide or procure as appropriate market and competitor research as required
