The Role:
Supervising one Accounts Payable Officer, you will also be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Mentorship of team member
- High volume Accounts Payable processing/maintenance of Accounts Payable inbox
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- EFT and credit card payment runs
- Credit card reconciliations
- Ensuring GST is accurately recorded
- Process improvement
- Cashflow reporting
- Adhoc tasks to assist the accounting team as required
