The Opportunity:
Sitting in a small team across the business, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and be exposed to all functions of the business including Investment Management, Asset Management and Acquisitions - providing invaluable access to subject matter experts alongside a broad role including commercial and strategic opportunities.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Monthly reporting on an individual property basis
Financial statement preparation for properties
Year-end reporting
Budgeting and forecasting
Investigation of cost variances at an asset level
Weekly cash-flow forecasts
Monthly bank reconciliations
Collaboration with external accountants for tax purposes
Customer debt follow ups
